Overnight Oats

Yesterday I made my first 'overnight oats'. Overnight oats are oats soaked overnight that absorb the liquid you put them in – milk, almond milk, soy milk, yoghurt or a combination. Put them in the fridge and then the next morning you have creamy oats. Fill them up with fruit, nuts, berries, flaxseed, anything will do, here you can find more inspiration.
